Privacy Policy
(OPENPAY LIMITED) has always been committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personal and corporate information. We have established Privacy Principles to govern our use of customer information. (OPENPAY LIMITED) does not sell, share or distribute Customer Information to any third party organization. Accountability (OPENPAY LIMITED) is responsible for maintaining and protecting customer information under its control. Matters related to the Storage of Personal Information, etc. Information inputted for applying eTA(Electronic Travel Authorization) under the agreement of clients may be deleted by demand of them.
Personal information that is not used in payment will be deleted completely with 7 days, so no personal information will be remained in etaca.org. Personal information used in payment will be stored for 1 month to confirm that payment; after that, it will be transferred and managed in separate server for 6 months.
After 6 months, all of personal information will be deleted and etaca.org does not store any of it. Spam Mail etaca.org doesn’t send any spam mail to clients.
Also, etaca.org doesn’t request client’s information related to the credit card or bank through email.
I hope you will consider that we protect client’s personal information and don’t try to achieve such information. Protection etaca.org server is located in Hong Kong, and it stores client’s information.
Client's information is managed safely and can be deleted permanently according to the demand of client. After the payment, all customers' information are masked with (*), which no one can review.
etaca.org server uses a server management company that checks it is protected and stored as safely as possible with security system, fire wall, and password. Identifying Purposes The purposes for which customer information is collected shall be identified before or at the time the information is collected. Openness (OPENPAY LIMITED) is required to make information available to customers concerning the policies and practices that apply to the management of their information. Customer Access Upon request, a customer shall be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of their information, and shall be given access to it. Customers may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information, and may request that it be amended, if appropriate. Handling Customer Complaints and Suggestions Customers may direct any questions or inquiries with respect to the privacy principles outlined above or about our practices by contacting the designated person(s) accountable for privacy at (OPENPAY LIMITED). Google is a third party vender that creates ads on our site through cookies as we discussed earlier. DART cookie allows Google to create ads that are customized according to the user’s visits to different sites through using the Internet. cancellation is not available and customers may not request for a refund.
